Service

LienHelper is a text-first workflow that helps California construction subcontractors organize unpaid job facts, invoice photos, screenshots, PDFs, payment updates, and operator-reviewed draft documents. LienHelper is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

SMS Program

Program name: LienHelper. By texting LienHelper or submitting your phone number through the web prototype, you consent to receive service-related text messages about unpaid-job tracking, missing information, case links, payment links, document workflow updates, and recovery tracking.

Message frequency varies based on your case activity. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Human Review

Documents generated by LienHelper are drafts until reviewed and approved by an operator. LienHelper does not automate lien filing or make definitive legal conclusions.

Payments

Subscriptions and paid packages begin after checkout. Third-party payment processing is handled by Stripe. Recording, postage, and filing-related costs may be separate where applicable.
