LienPilot is a text-first workflow that helps California construction subcontractors organize unpaid invoice facts, identify missing information, and prepare operator-reviewed draft documents. LienPilot is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

SMS Program

Program name: LienPilot. By texting LienPilot or submitting your phone number through the web intake, you consent to receive service-related text messages about claim intake, missing information, case links, payment status, document workflow updates, and recovery tracking.

Message frequency varies based on your case activity. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Human Review

Documents generated by LienPilot are drafts until reviewed and approved by an operator. LienPilot does not automate lien filing or make definitive legal conclusions.

Payments

Paid packages begin after checkout. Third-party payment processing is handled by Stripe. Recording, postage, and filing-related costs may be separate where applicable.
