LienPilot collects information you submit about an unpaid construction invoice, including contact information, company information, phone number, email address, project address, debtor details, claim amount, dates, work description, uploaded documents, text messages, payment status, and case workflow notes.
How We Use Information
We use this information to organize claim facts, identify missing information, prepare operator-reviewed draft documents, process payments, send service-related text messages, and maintain audit records for the workflow.
Text Messages
If you text LienPilot or ask us to text you, we use your phone number to respond about your claim intake, case checklist, document workflow, payment status, and recovery updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers such as hosting, database, payment, file storage, messaging, and email providers to operate LienPilot.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for pilot-stage operations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
