LienHelper collects information you submit about an unpaid construction job, including contact information, company information, phone number, email address, project address, debtor details, claim amount, dates, work description, uploaded documents, text messages, payment links, payment status, and case workflow notes.

How We Use Information

We use this information to organize unpaid-job facts, identify missing information, prepare operator-reviewed draft documents, process payments, send service-related text messages, and maintain audit records for the workflow.

Text Messages

If you text LienHelper or ask us to text you, we use your phone number to respond about unpaid-job tracking, missing information, document workflow, payment links, payment status, and recovery updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers such as hosting, database, payment, file storage, messaging, and email providers to operate LienHelper.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for pilot-stage operations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
